Our office is over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at Bg-6, 61B. It’s a quiet enough spot for New Delhi, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on paperwork. We’ve been helping companies and workers sort things out for a good while now. HR sounds like a big, complicated term, but for us, it’s just about solving problems between people. If a business needs someone new or a worker is having a hard time, they come to us. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. It’s not a shiny corporate office, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone and typing away at our keyboards. Sometimes we stay late because there’s just too much to get through, especially on Mondays. We aren't interested in using fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just practical, daily work. We know the local businesses around here and we try to keep things running smoothly for them. Dealing with people is never perfect, and we don't pretend it is. We just take things as they come and try to find a solution that works for everyone involved. It’s honest work, and we’re happy to be doing it here in our little corner of the city. We always have a pot of tea ready for guests who come in for their interviews.
