Hr Global is tucked away at S-41(A) in Vijay Vihar. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know it’s a busy place with lots of people moving about. We’ve been running this HR business from this spot for a good while. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s a practical workspace where we spend our hours looking through heaps of resumes and talking to people looking for their next break. Some days, the stacks of paper on the desks get so high you can barely see the person sitting across from you. We drink a lot of tea to keep going, especially during the morning rush when everyone seems to call at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to help local companies find the right staff without making things too complicated. We focus on the basics like checking references and making sure people actually have the skills they say they do. Vijay Vihar can be a bit loud and crowded, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It keeps us on our toes. We are just regular people working hard to make a living and helping others do the same. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Delhi, just a reliable spot for the folks who walk in our door. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
