Hr-Access

Hr-Access is based over in Vikas Puri, specifically at DG-III 241. It’s a residential block really, so it doesn’t feel like a cold office building. I’ve been working out of this New Delhi spot for a long time. People come in looking for work or asking about hiring, and we just try to help them out with what we know. The office is a bit crowded with filing cabinets and old folders, but I know where everything is. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we clean it when we can. We aren't a huge team or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the calls and checking emails. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to have some chai. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with suits and ties. Usually, I’m just in a regular shirt and trousers. Vikas Puri is a nice area, even if the traffic gets backed up during rush hour. We’ve seen a lot of people pass through these doors over the years. Some stay for a bit to chat, others just drop off their papers and head out. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, so you have to look for the house number. It’s just a plain, honest operation we’ve got going on here every day.
