Giani Ice Cream

Being up on the 1st floor at Plot No 1 on Kasturba Gandhi Marg puts us right in the middle of everything. Connaught Place is always moving, and Giani Ice Cream is just one of those spots where people stop when they need a break from the heat. It is not a very big space, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the freezer units are running right. KG Marg has its own vibe compared to the inner circles, and we like being here. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb for people, but they still make the trip. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. It gets really loud outside during the rush hours, but inside we just focus on the scoops. There is a lot of history in this building and around the plot. We don't do anything too complicated, just serving what we have and keeping the place tidy. Our team is small, usually just a couple of us behind the counter. It feels like a very local way to run a business even though the name is well known. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily rush as it comes. It is a decent spot to spend the day.
