This Genpact office at Ea-143/2 in Tagore Garden isn't one of those massive campuses. It's more of a local branch where we handle specific tasks. Tagore Garden is a nice enough residential and commercial mix, so it's a bit quieter than the main business hubs. We do a lot of data work and processing here. It’s mostly about keeping track of numbers and making sure the records are accurate. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been around for years and some new faces. The office itself is functional. We have our desks, some computers, and a small pantry for when we need a break. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just show up, do our tasks, and try to avoid the Delhi traffic on the way back. It’s a lot of routine work, which suits some people just fine. We don’t have fancy meetings with slides; we usually just talk across the desks to figure things out. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes the printers jam or the AC makes a weird noise, but we just deal with it. It’s just a regular workplace where people are trying to earn a living and get the job done right. Nothing more to it, really. It’s just how we operate day to day.
