Gaytri Engineering

Gaytri Engineering is tucked away at D-1/1 in Vashisht Park. It’s on Deenus Ghori Wali Gali, which is a bit of a mouthful, but most people just know we’re right opposite Janak Cinema in Janak Puri. Being near the cinema means there’s always people moving around outside. Our shop isn't huge, but we make the most of every inch of space we have. We do a lot of small-scale engineering jobs here. You’ll see bits of iron and steel lying around on the worktables. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of use. We don’t have air conditioning, so we keep the big doors open to let the breeze in from the alley. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, and sometimes our noise goes out there. It’s a fair trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the jobs that come in correctly. When a neighbor or a client stops by, we usually have a quick chat while the machines are cooling down. It’s a local way of doing things. The address sounds complicated when you write it down, but once you’re in Janak Puri, it’s easy enough to spot us near the cinema. We just stay focused on the repairs and the fabrication work. It's just a regular day-to-day grind for us, keeping the machines running.
