G S Engineers

Down here in Nangloi, specifically in the DSIDC Complex, things are always a bit dusty and loud. We are G S Engineers, and our unit is in Group 48, Camp 2, at X 15. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machines and trucks moving around. We spend most of our time working on whatever project is on the floor. It’s not a clean office job; there’s usually grease and metal scraps everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for years now. The complex is huge, and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know where X 15 is. We usually get to work early before the heat gets too bad. Nangloi is a busy place, and the traffic coming into the DSIDC area is always a mess in the mornings. Inside the shop, we have our tools and the machines we use every day. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. We don’t really have a fancy front desk or anything like that. If someone comes by, they usually just find us in the back working. It’s a practical environment. We do what we have to do to get the jobs finished. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is concrete, but it serves the purpose for engineering work. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come our way in the industrial park. Sometimes it’s stressful when deadlines are tight and the heat is rising.
