Our workshop is tucked away in the backside of Vishnu Garden, specifically at Wz J 126 in Village Khyala. If you’re around West Delhi, you know these streets are narrow and always crowded. It’s not the easiest place to park a big truck, that’s for sure. We do a lot of engineering work here, mostly stuff with metal and repairs. The floor is usually covered in some oil or metal shavings, so you have to watch your step. It’s a local operation. Most of us have greasy hands by noon. We don’t have air conditioning in the main work area, just some big fans that move the hot air around. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. Neighbors know us as the place that makes a lot of noise during the day. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from someone else and show up at the door. We work on whatever comes in, fixing parts or making new ones from scratch. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the water bottles full and keep moving. It’s a honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the jobs right so they don't come back broken and everyone can go home on time.
