Everyday Ice Cream Parlour

Everyday Ice Cream Parlour is tucked away in Uttam Nagar, specifically in the Indra Park Extension area. It’s a small place where the hum of the freezers is the main sound you hear all day. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures because if the power goes or a door stays open, everything starts to soften. The neighborhood kids usually show up in groups after school, and their voices fill up the room for a bit. It’s not a fancy place with leather booths, just a few spots to stand or sit while you eat. We’ve been at this spot in Indra Park for a while now. The walls have a few scuffs, and the floor is just plain stone that we mop every night. We keep different flavors in the tubs, and when one runs out, we just pull another from the back. It gets very busy when the heat is bad outside, and people are looking for a bit of a break from the sun. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes we have to move the delivery boxes around to make space for people to walk. It’s just a regular shop in Uttam Nagar where we sell ice cream and try to keep the machines running smoothly. We also keep some cones and cups ready on the counter. The street outside can be a bit noisy with scooters, but it's okay.
