You can find Evergren Carohydrate P. Ltd. on the first floor of E-17 in Kunwar Singh, Nangloi. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there are always trucks and workers moving about on the street below. We are up one flight of stairs that are a bit steep and narrow. Once you get inside, it’s a mix of an office and a storage area. We handle carbohydrate products, so there are often sacks stacked up against the walls. The air is a bit dry, and there is a hum from the machinery nearby. We have a few desks where we handle the orders and the logistics of shipping everything out. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a spot where we get our work done. The windows look out over other rooftops and workshops. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day because it gets chilly in the winter months. The paperwork is always a bit behind, but we catch up eventually. Our team is small, and we all know what needs to be done without talking about it much. It’s a basic setup without any unnecessary stuff cluttering the place.
