Embassy Ice Cream

Our little place is at 13/6 in Rajouri Garden. It is a straightforward spot where we have a few freezers lined up against the wall. We have been here in this neighborhood for quite a while now. Most of the kids around here know us because they stop by after school or during the hot summer evenings. It is not a big fancy parlor with glowing signs. We just have a small shop that keeps things cold. The floor is plain and we have a couple of chairs outside if someone wants to sit for a minute. Rajouri Garden is a busy area but our street is a bit more tucked away from the main rush. We spend a lot of time checking the machines to make sure they stay running because the power can be a bit tricky sometimes. It is just a small family run thing. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in. Sometimes the stock runs low and we have to wait for the next delivery to arrive. That is just how it goes with a small business. We try to keep things clean and the service is just us talking to our neighbors. It is a simple way to make a living and we are happy to be part of this community. People come here because it is convenient and they know us well.
