Our place is at 81/1, Matiala, right near the Allahabad Bank. It’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find us. Electro Heat Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we deal with all sorts of heating elements and engineering stuff. The workshop is often warm because of the work we do. It’s not a climate-controlled office, that’s for sure. We have a lot of tools and testing equipment scattered around. It might look a bit messy to someone who isn't used to an engineering shop, but we know exactly where every wrench and meter is. The guys wear heavy-duty clothes because things can get a bit grimy. We’ve been in the Matiala area for a long time. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don’t go for any of that high-level business talk or polished presentations. Usually, a customer comes in with a problem or a broken part, and we see if we can fix it or make a new one. We just talk like regular people and get to the point. The bank next door is always busy, so there’s a lot of coming and going on our street. We just stay focused on our benches and the heat trials. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble for our daily schedule.
