Dairy Gupta

We have been running Dairy Gupta for quite some time now over at Shop No 108 in Block 4. If you know the Ganga Shopping Complex in Sector 29, then you probably know where we are located. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone wants their milk and bread before heading off to work or school. We keep things pretty simple here. We have the usual dairy items like fresh milk, curd, and paneer that comes in daily. Sometimes we have eggs and a few other grocery bits if the delivery shows up on time. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once. There is a small stool in the corner where I sit when there are no customers, but mostly I am on my feet moving crates around or checking the fridge temperature. The cooling unit makes a bit of noise, but you get used to it after a while. We open up quite early, usually before the sun is fully up, because that is when the milk truck arrives. It is a lot of hard work and my hands are usually cold from handling the packets, but it is what we do. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just a regular counter and some shelves. People from the nearby blocks come by to chat while they wait for their change.
