Chaudhry Dairy

Chaudhry Dairy is situated at D/132 on C R Road in Lakshmi Nagar. We sell milk and dairy products to the local area. The day starts very early for us, usually before the sun is even up. That's when the milk deliveries arrive. We have large refrigerators to keep everything fresh. The shop is a bit small but it's always busy in the mornings. People from all over Lakshmi Nagar come by for their daily milk, curd, and paneer. C R Road can get quite congested with all the rickshaws and cars. D/132 is a familiar address to most people living nearby. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a counter and the cooling units. My family has been in this business for a long time. It’s hard work and there are no holidays really. Cows don't stop producing milk just because it's a Sunday. We try to keep the place as clean as possible. Sometimes we run out of certain items if there’s a big festival coming up. We just tell people to come back the next morning. It’s a straightforward way of living. We aren't looking to expand into a big brand. We are happy just serving the folks around C R Road. Most days we are done by the afternoon once the morning rush is over.
