We have been operating Brew Force Machinery Pvt Ltd out of our spot at Rz-94 on the Nangloi Najafgarh Road for quite some time now. If you have ever been around Mohinder Singh Park, you probably know how the traffic can get during the rush hours. It is a busy part of the city, and we are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Our building isn't anything to look at from the outside, just a practical place where we keep our tools and parts. Inside, the floors are usually covered in some bit of grease or metal shavings. We spend most of our mornings just organizing what needs to be fixed or sent out. It is just a few of us here, and we handle everything ourselves from start to finish. We don't have a big office or a reception area with fancy chairs. Mostly we just sit on whatever is available and drink tea while we look over the day’s work. The dust from the road gets in no matter how much we sweep, so we just live with it. It feels like a real workshop should. We know the neighbors and the guys at the tea stall nearby. We just focus on the machines and making sure they do what they are supposed to. It is a long day usually, but we like being here. There is no corporate talk or big speeches, just honest work on the Nangloi road.
