Our office is located at C5C/6B in New Delhi, which is a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads. Bmi Hr Services has been based here for some time now, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. Being in the 110058 zip code area means we are surrounded by a mix of homes and small shops. We spend our days dealing with people and paperwork, mostly helping folks find their way through the hiring process. It isn't always glamorous work, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we like the pace of it. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of files. The staff here is small, and we mostly just talk to each other like normal people instead of using all those weird business terms. It’s a bit cramped sometimes in the office, especially when we have a few people visiting at once, but it works for us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. If something is going to take a week, we don't say it'll be done in two days. This part of Delhi has a lot of character, and we think our small office fits right in. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to do our jobs well and get through the day without too much trouble.
