You can find Bill Bird Ice Cream over in Karol Bagh. We are at Shop Number 1168 E in Block Number 16 of Khalsa Nagar. It’s right on Tank Road, which is a very busy area for garments and other businesses. Our shop is just a small corner really. We have the freezers lined up and the lights on. It gets very busy here during the summer months when the heat is high. People walking through the market stop by to cool down for a minute. We aren't a big fancy parlor with a lot of seating. Most people just grab what they want and keep walking. The address is a bit long to remember, but once you are on Tank Road, it’s easy to find Block 16. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the market change. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it. We keep our stock fresh and wait for the evening rush. It’s mostly workers from the nearby units and shoppers who come in. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the freezers running and the floor clean. It’s a simple business. We open in the morning and stay until late. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the stock, but we manage. Just a regular shop in Karol Bagh where we do our best every single day.
