Bharti Retail.

We are located at C-30 in Sanjay Enclave, right in the heart of Uttam Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know exactly how the streets are. It’s always moving, always loud, and there is a lot of energy around us. Bharti Retail is basically just our small space where we handle everything. I usually start the day by cleaning up the front a bit because the dust in Delhi never stops. The 110059 area is quite crowded, but it feels like home to us now. Our office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got some old desks, a few chairs that creak a little, and a lot of papers that we keep trying to organize. We don’t really do fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit around and figure out what needs to be done for the day. There is a small tea shop a few doors down where we get our morning snacks. The neighbors are mostly other small shops and people living in the apartments above. It gets really hot in the summer, so the fan is always running at full speed. We just try to get through the list of tasks without too much fuss. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane, but we just deal with it as it happens. We are just regular people working here.
