Batliboi

You can find us over in West Delhi, specifically in Uttam Nagar. Our address is F-27A in Jeewan Park. It’s a busy, crowded area, like most of Delhi, but that’s where the action is. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The street is narrow, and parking is always a headache, so we usually tell people to come by rickshaw if they can. The building itself is just a regular structure, nothing that stands out from the rest of the block. Inside, we have our desks and filing cabinets filled with years of paperwork. We handle a lot of the regional work for Batliboi from here. It gets very loud outside with the local markets and the traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass entrance. It’s more of a functional space where we manage the day-to-day business. The summers are tough with the heat, but we have some old coolers that keep the air moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh office; we just focus on making sure the orders are correct and the customers are sorted. It’s a messy, honest way of working that suits the neighborhood perfectly. We just keep at it, day after day, through the heat and the noise.
