We are over in Uttam Nagar. Specifically at House Number 22 in the R Extension area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, to be honest. If you’re coming from the main road, you might take a wrong turn or two. We’ve been handling brass items for quite some time now. It’s dusty work and our hands are usually a bit stained by the end of the day. The building isn't anything special to look at. Just a regular brick structure where we keep the stock and do the sorting. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy showroom with lights. It’s mostly crates and shelves. Most of us here have lived in Delhi all our lives. We know the heat in the summer can be brutal in these small lanes. We just open the windows and keep going. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the trucks can't fit through the narrow gaps in the street. We just carry things by hand when that happens. It’s a lot of lifting and moving. We don’t really do social media or anything. If you want to see what we have, you just have to come down to R Extn. We usually have someone around from morning until the sun goes down. It’s a family-style setup even if it says "Pvt Ltd" on the papers. We just look at it as the daily grind. Nothing more, nothing less. Just people working with metal in a quiet part of Uttam Nagar.
