Up on the first floor at 13/16 in West Patel Nagar, you’ll find Monarch Crafts Expo Pvt. Ltd. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking, but we like it up here. We’ve got our workspace set up just how we need it. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stuff coming in, but we manage. West Patel Nagar is a lively area, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s just a small group of us working away. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Usually, there are boxes or tools sitting around because we’re always in the middle of something. We don't really do much to talk ourselves up. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to work. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if we're carrying heavy things, but that's just how it goes. People around the neighborhood know us as the quiet folks upstairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the work we have in front of us. It’s a pretty straightforward way to run a business. We keep things real and don't worry about being too polished. This space at 13/16 has everything we need to keep going, even if it’s a bit messy.
