Avon Industries

You can find Avon Industries at Plot No. A-92 in Sudershan Park. It is near Moti Nagar, so it is fairly easy to locate if you are familiar with this side of Delhi. The area is a mix of small industries and residential pockets, so it’s always a bit busy with people and rickshaws. Our plot is just a functional building where we get the manufacturing done. There isn't anything special about the architecture; it’s just bricks and mortar that keeps the rain out. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by machinery and raw materials. We don't have a lot of room for fancy offices, so the management and the staff all end up bumping into each other quite a bit. It makes for a loud environment, but we are used to it by now. The floor is often covered in scraps and the air has that metallic smell you get in places like this. We keep a few chairs for visitors, but don't expect anything plush. We’ve been in Sudershan Park long enough to know when the local markets are going to cause a traffic jam. It is a down-to-earth place. We don't put on any acts for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a machine or a delivery. It is just a straight-up manufacturing spot where the work comes first and the looks come last.
