We have our setup here at H-8 in Udyog Nagar, over in the Peera Garhi part of the city. It is just a regular workshop where we spend most of our daylight hours. The walls are kind of stained from the machines and there is always a bit of a metallic smell in the air, which you just get used to after a week or two. Most mornings start with unlocking the big metal shutters and checking what needs to be fixed or fabricated first. Peera Garhi is a busy spot, so there is usually a lot of noise from the street outside, but inside we are focused on the lathes and the welding. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. We have some old chairs in the corner for when we take a break or eat lunch brought from home. Sometimes the power acts up or the floor gets too cluttered with metal scraps, but we manage to keep things moving. We do a lot of work with our hands and the tools are mostly worn down from years of use. It is just honest labor here at Atul Engineering Company. People around the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always covered in a bit of grease. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you walk in, you usually just find one of us standing near the machines or checking a measurement. That is pretty much the daily routine for us.
