Ala Computers Technical Services

Ala Computers Technical Services operates out of B-17 in Pal Mohan Plaza, which is right on D B Gupta Road in the Anand Parbat area. We have a small corner here where we take in all kinds of electronic devices that need some attention. D B Gupta Road is a major path, so it’s always loud with buses and cars, but we don't mind the noise much anymore. Our shop in Pal Mohan Plaza is packed with spare parts, old monitors, and tools for soldering and fixing boards. It’s not a very big space, and it can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most people just walk in because they are nearby in Anand Parbat and their computer stopped working. Ala Computers Technical Services is just a few of us working on whatever comes across the counter. We try to be direct about what can be fixed and what is probably not worth the effort. Some repairs are quick, while others take a few days of testing to get right. We’ve been at B-17 for quite some time now, so we’ve seen the plaza change as different shops come and go. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We just keep our heads down and work on the technical stuff that people bring us from the neighborhood.
