Computer Care

Computer Care has its shop at 548 in Site-I, Vikaspuri. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Vikas Puri Moth. It is a busy spot in Delhi, and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our space is usually filled with parts, cables, and old screens because that is the nature of what we do every day. We are not big on interior design here. The focus is always on the machines sitting on our workbenches. Sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered with boxes, but we know where everything is kept. People come in from all over the neighborhood when their devices stop working properly or just start acting weird. We listen to what is wrong and then see what can be fixed. It is a lot of troubleshooting and trying to find the right components in our drawers. Working in Vikaspuri means we see a lot of different faces. It gets loud with the traffic and the local market noise, but we are used to the chaos. We take our lunch breaks when we can find a quiet moment between customers. There is no scripted talk here. We just explain what we see in plain English. Most of our tools have been with us for years now. We have seen technology change a lot, but the basic problems usually stay the same. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of repairs.
