You can find us at C 7 on Jail Road in Fateh Nagar. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we are just a local team working with mobile phones and electronics. The shop stays pretty busy because Jail Road is always moving. We do a lot of screen replacements and battery swaps. People come in with phones that have been dropped or water-damaged, and we see what we can do to fix them. Our workbench is usually covered with screwdrivers, soldering irons, and tiny parts that we’ve taken out of different models. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a big lounge or anything, just a few chairs for people to wait while we look at their devices. We’ve been at this C 7 location for a while now, and we’ve seen all the different phone models come and go. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the right part, especially for the older phones, but we keep a good inventory in our cupboards. It’s a lot of staring at small circuits and trying to get things working again. We enjoy the challenge of a tough repair. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby colony and they just want their phones back as soon as possible. We try to keep things simple and honest about what can actually be fixed and what is too far gone.
