Adecco India has a spot over in Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058. If you’ve been to Janak Puri, you know it’s a lively place with a lot going on. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a place where we handle recruitment and jobs. People come in looking for work, and we try to see where they might fit. It’s a lot of resumes and a lot of interviews. Honestly, it can get a bit draining hearing so many stories, but it’s also interesting to see what people are looking for. We aren't trying to act like we have all the answers. Sometimes we can help, and sometimes we can't. That’s just the reality of the job market. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, so we’ve seen people come and go. The office can get pretty crowded on Monday mornings, which is always a bit of a chaotic start to the week. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just connect people with companies. It’s basic stuff, really. We try to keep things organized, but with so many papers flying around, it’s a constant battle. We like the area because there are good places to eat nearby when we take our lunch breaks. We’re just a local team doing a job that needs doing in a busy city.
