Abc Consultants

Our office is at 136, Mukherjee Park in New Delhi. It’s a fairly quiet corner compared to some other parts of the city, which we actually like. Abc Consultants is just a small group of us who help people find jobs or help companies find staff. It sounds simple, but it’s actually a lot of talking and listening to what people want. Having no big HR department of our own or any of that corporate stuff keeps things simple. We just have a few desks and a lot of phone lines. We’ve been here in 110018 for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent looking through resumes and making calls. Fancy software that claims to do the work for us isn't our style; we just talk to people. Sometimes the right person is hard to find, and it takes a lot of digging. Miracles and big buzzwords aren't promised here. We just tell it like it is. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. The office is a bit lived-in, with paper everywhere and a tea kettle that’s always on. We like it that way. It feels real. People who come to visit us usually find it easy to talk to because we’re just regular folks trying to make a living by helping others do the same. We take it day by day.
