It is not some high-tech facility, just a regular house where we handle the business of growing and sending out bananas. Wayanad is a beautiful place, but the work is hard. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the dirt. Exporting sounds like a big word, but mostly it is just us making sure the fruit is good enough to travel long distances without spoiling.
