Routhu Madhavi Latha

My name is Routhu Madhavi Latha and I’ve been running my small business in Warangal for quite some time. It’s located in the 506002 area, which is a nice part of town to be in. I started this because I wanted to contribute something to the local community and also have something for myself. It’s not a huge operation with dozens of employees. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We don't really use big advertising budgets or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or have heard someone mention my name. I try to keep things very grounded and simple. If you come by, you’ll see that it’s a working space, not a showroom. There might be some papers out of place or things being moved around, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually working. I value being straightforward with people. If we can do something, we say so, and if we can't, we’re honest about that too. It’s important to me to maintain a good reputation here in Warangal. I’ve lived here a long time and plan to stay. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to finish the work and be ready for tomorrow. We don't have meetings about growth or anything like that. We just take care of the customers who are standing right in front of us.
