Instead, we work from this quiet area where we can stay close to our projects. We do a lot of work involving infrastructure and metal structures. It’s the kind of work that requires you to get your hands dirty and spend a lot of time outdoors. We aren't into big corporate talk or making grand promises. We just look at the plans and get the construction done. Most of our workers are from the nearby villages. We’ve built a reputation over the years just by being here and finishing the jobs we start. The office itself is simple, mostly just some desks and a lot of maps and blueprints. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside and talk for a bit. It’s a very relaxed, human environment. We don't have a marketing team or any of that stuff. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to get new work in the future. It’s an honest living in a place we know very well. That’s just who we are.
