Lali Weldings Works

Lali Weldings Works is located in Gundrathi Madugu, which is a village in the Kuravi area of Warangal. You can find us at the house there, where we have our welding equipment set up. It is a loud and bright kind of work with all the sparks flying and the smell of hot metal in the air. We do all sorts of welding jobs for the people in the village and the surrounding parts of Kuravi. Whether it is a broken gate or something for a tractor, we try to get it fixed. The shop is basically part of the house, so there is no clear line between where we live and where we work. It gets very hot, especially when you are wearing the mask and doing the welding under the sun, but that is the job. We have been in Gundrathi Madugu for many years now. Most of our tools are old but they still work just fine for what we need to do. People bring their iron pieces to us and we sit out there and work on them until they are right. It is a dirty job with a lot of soot and metal dust, but it is honest work. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the sound of the welding machine and the work we do for the locals. It is a steady way to spend the day here in Warangal.
