Zinku Ram Thanda is where you can find us, specifically in Keshavapur village under the Rayaparthy mandal. It’s a rural area, so Banoth Kousalya Transport is really built on knowing the local roads and the people who live here. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass windows. Our workspace is just a simple building near where we live. Most of the work involves moving stuff from the villages to the bigger markets or helping people shift their belongings. It’s a lot of driving and a lot of manual work. We don't use fancy software to track things; we just use our notebooks and our memory. The weather out here dictates our schedule a lot. If it's too hot, we start at dawn. If it's raining, we have to be careful on the dirt tracks. We are just regular people from the Thanda trying to make a living. There aren't any big corporate meetings here. We just talk to our customers face to face. Sometimes we share a tea while we figure out the route. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We have been doing this for a while and we know every turn in the road around Rayaparthy. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours and we take care of the tasks that come our way with simple hard work and persistence.
