Vijaysai is situated at Drno. 48-1-21, tucked away in the lane near Dr Reddys Hospital in Srinagar. This part of Visakhapatnam is always moving, with people heading to the hospital or the local shops nearby. Our place is quite modest. It is just a standard building where we carry out our day-to-day tasks. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. Inside, it is a bit of a mix of old files, some wooden furniture, and the usual office supplies. We do not have any flashy signs or big displays outside. Usually, people find us by word of mouth or because they were already in the area for a doctor’s visit. The lane can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, so finding a spot to leave your bike is sometimes a challenge. We spend our time working on whatever comes through the door, usually helping people with their specific needs or questions. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That is just how life is in this part of town. We do not pretend to be a big corporation. We are just local folks doing a job in a neighborhood we know well.
