We operate out of Unit 30 in SDF Building-1, which is part of the Vishakhapatnam Special Economic Zone. Being in an SEZ means there are a lot of rules and security checks, but you get used to it after a while. The office at Cambridge Systems is where we spend most of our time working on software and systems. It’s a fairly standard setup with rows of computers and a small break area where we have our lunch. Since we're in the SDF building, we have plenty of neighbors doing all sorts of different things, from manufacturing to IT. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the view near the coast is a nice change from the inner city. We don't have any flashy signs or high-end furniture. Most of our budget goes into the technology we use rather than the decor. The atmosphere is generally quiet as everyone is usually deep into their work. We’ve been part of the Vizag SEZ community for several years, and it feels like a steady place to be. We don’t really do much in the way of self-promotion. We just try to deliver what’s expected and keep the projects moving forward. It can get a bit humid here, but the office cooling keeps things comfortable enough. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the technical challenges of what we do. No big corporate mission, just daily tasks and solving problems as they come up during the week.
