Fluentgrid Ltd. is located up on Level-5 in Waltair Heights, over in Balaji Nagar. If you know Visakhapatnam, you know this part of town gets quite lively. Our office at 9-29-19/A is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a decent space, though the elevators can be a bit slow when everyone is coming back from lunch. We deal with grid systems and software, which mostly means a lot of typing and staring at monitors until our eyes get tired. There are cables running along the floor in some places because we keep adding new workstations. We didn't really plan for the office to look like a showroom, so it looks like a place where people actually work. You’ll find old coffee mugs and stacks of paper on most desks. We’ve been in Andhra Pradesh for years, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit from our windows. We don't have a flashy lobby or anyone to hand out brochures. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a big deadline is coming up and the air conditioning is acting up. We just deal with things as they come. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it.
