Varadhi It Solutions operates out of 50-109-3 in T P T Colony, which is part of the Balayya Sastri Layout in Seethammadara. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually pretty calm around the office. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office itself is just a regular room filled with computers, some stray cables, and a few coffee mugs. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate environment. We prefer just sitting down and getting to work on whatever project is currently on the screen. Sometimes the internet slows down or we run out of snacks, but that’s just how it goes in a small office. We don't put much effort into making the place look like a showroom. It’s a place for work, plain and simple. Most of our days are spent typing away and figuring out technical problems. We like being in Seethammadara because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. It gives us a bit of peace to actually think. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the layout. We don't do big presentations about who we are. We just stay busy with our tasks and try to stay organized. It’s a decent way to spend the workday, and we’re happy with our little spot here. We just want to get through our list and do a good job.
