Thapaswi IT Solutions is located out in Pendurthi Mandal. Our specific spot is 7-154 in Chanikya Nagar, which is part of Chinamushidivada. It’s a bit away from the main city centers, which actually makes it a bit more peaceful for us. We don't have to deal with the heavy traffic of the downtown areas as much. Our office is a basic building. It's not something you would notice if you were just driving past quickly. We just have a small sign and our door. Inside, it's mostly just us and our computers. We started this place because we wanted to work on IT projects without the hassle of a big corporate office environment. We do things our own way here. There aren't many rules about what to wear or how to sit at the desk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes we spend hours trying to find a bug in some code. Other days we are just setting up systems for people who need them. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that says we are the best in the world. We are just a group of people doing a job. We eat together and talk about things other than work sometimes. It feels like a real community. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to do good work and pay the bills. It’s a simple life in Chinamushidivada. We just keep going until the day is done.
