Our setup is over in Visakhapatnam, specifically at Flat No 25 in the Lavakusa Apartments. It’s in Sector-1 of M.V.P Colony, which is a nice part of town to be in. Working out of an apartment keeps things feeling pretty grounded and relaxed. We do software solutions, so there’s a lot of us sitting around with laptops and coffee. It’s not a big corporate park with security gates; you just come up to the flat. Vizag is a great place to work, especially with the sea breeze every now and then, though we spend most of our time inside looking at code. Sometimes we have disagreements about how a certain piece of software should work, but we usually figure it out over lunch. We aren't a massive company with thousands of employees. We are just a small group trying to build things that actually work for people. We don't really have a big vision; we just have a list of things to get done by Friday. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting and writing lines of code that hopefully don't break anything. It’s a quiet way to make a living here in Andhra Pradesh. We like it this way because we can actually focus on the work instead of talking about it.
