Taj Group Of Hotels

Our office is located at 103, Vinayaka Vihar in Chankya Nagar. This is in the Chinnamushidiwada area of Visakhapatnam, which is a bit of a distance from the main city center and the beaches. It’s a more residential part of town, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the hubbub of the port or the main markets. The building is a standard apartment-style structure where we have our space set up. We handle various tasks for the Taj Group from here, mostly focusing on the administrative and behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running. There are desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office equipment you’d expect to see. The neighborhood of Chankya Nagar has a lot of small houses and local shops, so we usually go out to the nearby stalls for our lunch or tea breaks. It feels very different from the actual hotels where the guests stay. Here, it’s just us in our regular clothes doing the paperwork and answering the phones. The commute can be a bit of a haul if you're coming from the other side of Vizag, but once you're here, it’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been in this particular unit for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it’s where we get everything done. It’s just a normal office for a big hotel group.
