We are located at Lig-140, 4-51-19/2 in the Lawsons Bay Colony area of Visakhapatnam. Our pin code is 530017. This is a much quieter part of town compared to the busy market areas. Lawsons Bay is quite nice and close to the water, though we are in a residential-style building. The LIG house setup means the rooms are a bit small but we’ve made them work for Dolphin Hotels Ltd. We have a couple of desks in the main room and some storage for files in the back. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. You can sometimes catch a breeze from the sea if the weather is right. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us who manage the daily operations. The garden area outside is a bit overgrown but it adds some green to the place. We mostly deal with paperwork and coordination from this office. It’s not a hotel building itself, just our administrative spot. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have extra supplies delivered. We usually take turns making tea for everyone in the afternoon. Most people in the colony are our neighbors, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a peaceful place to get through the work without too much distraction. We just focus on keeping our records straight and handling the logistics as they come up. It’s a humble setup.
