If you take a walk down Beach Road, you’ll eventually run into us. We are one of the ITC Hotels, but this specific spot has a more local feel than some of the giant ones in the big cities. Being right on the coast means we deal with a lot of wind and salt, which keeps us busy with maintenance. The hotel isn't brand new, and it has a bit of a history to it. We get a mix of people staying here. Some are families on vacation who want to be near the water, and others are just passing through for work. We don't try to be too fancy. We just make sure the rooms are tidy and the staff is around to help if something isn't working right. The best part about working here is definitely the view, though you get used to it after a while. We don't have any of those big, scripted speeches for when guests check in. We just say hello and get them their keys. Sometimes the kitchen is a bit slow when we’re full, but the food is usually worth the wait. We’ve been a part of this Beach Road community for a long time. We know the local shops and the best places to grab a tea nearby. It’s a relaxed place to stay, and we like keeping it that way. No big fuss, just a hotel by the sea.
