Sv Enterprises

Sv Enterprises is situated at 37-1-7/14, which is right beside Padma Towers on the South Bypass Road. The bypass is always humming with traffic, so we have a constant background noise of cars and buses going past. Padma Towers is a good landmark because people always seem to get lost trying to find our specific number. Our place is fairly small and doesn't have any big signs out front. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stuff on hand. We have a few desks and some storage shelves that we put together ourselves. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the road. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks here and there, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. When it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud we can hardly hear each other speak. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back for whoever needs a break. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, handle the business for the day, and go home. It’s a simple life on the South Bypass, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now, just taking things as they come.
