We are based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with the pin code 530027. Our office is where the planning happens for various holiday trips and resort stays. Visakhapatnam is a coastal city, and you can really feel the humidity in the air most days of the week. We have a small office where the team gathers to work on bookings and schedules. It isn't a huge corporate headquarters; it’s more of a local branch where we handle the day-to-day details. We have several desks and a lot of cabinets filled with guest records and folders. Most of our day is spent talking to people or coordinating with different departments over the phone. It can get a bit repetitive, checking dates and names over and over, but it’s what needs to be done to keep things moving. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few maps and calendars to help us keep track of things. Sometimes we take a break and go for a short walk outside to get some air. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing in the background. We try to keep things as simple as possible. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems here. It’s just us making sure that everything is ready for when people go on their vacations. We’ve been working out of this Vizag office for a while and we know the pace.
