Sri Sai Krishna Mess

Sri Sai Krishna Mess is located right on the Main Road in Ram Nagar at Door No 10-6-24. We are a simple eating house where people come mostly for their daily meals. In Visakhapatnam there are many people working away from home who just want a plate of food that tastes like what they get at their own house. We serve rice and different types of vegetable curries along with dal and sambar every day. Lunchtime is our busiest period when the shops nearby take their break and everyone rushes in at once. We do not have much by way of decor just some benches and tables that are easy to wipe down. The fans run all day to keep the air moving because the coastal heat can be quite something. We do not use any fancy names for our dishes or try to do anything too modern. It is just the same kind of food we eat ourselves at home. Some people have been coming here for years because they know exactly what to expect from us. We go to the market every morning to see what vegetables are good and cheap so we can keep our prices low for the regulars. It is a simple life running a mess but it keeps us busy from morning till night and we like the work we do here. Most of our customers are like friends now.
