Chefs Nightout

We are located over in MVP Colony in Visakhapatnam. The landmark most people use is the DRDO office, since we are quite close to that. MVP Colony is one of those places that really comes alive in the evenings. We called the place Chefs Nightout because we stay open later than a lot of the other spots around here. It’s a popular area for people to hang out after the sun goes down and the sea breeze kicks in. Vizag weather is usually nice in the evenings, so we get a lot of people just strolling around. Our setup is pretty basic, we didn't spend much on fancy furniture or decorations. We figured the food was more important than the chairs. It’s a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning the tables. Being near the DRDO office means we get some of the staff from there sometimes, but mostly it's just local residents and students. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just hope that if someone eats here, they might tell a friend about it. Some nights are really busy and we are running around like crazy, and other nights are a bit slower, which gives us time to catch our breath. It’s just a local spot in a good neighborhood, doing its thing every night.
