Sri Sai Chinese Restaurant

We opened Sri Sai Chinese Restaurant quite some time ago right here on Eenadu Road in Seethammadhara. If you know where Satyam Junction is, we are just a short walk from there near door number 51-1-22. It stays pretty busy around here especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home and wants something hot to eat. We mostly do the usual stuff like noodles and fried rice and those spicy Manchurian dishes people seem to like so much in Visakhapatnam. The kitchen gets pretty loud with the stoves going high but that is just how it is. It is not a fancy place with soft chairs or anything like that. We just have basic tables and focus on getting the food out fast while it is still steaming. Some days the weather is humid and the kitchen gets really hot but we keep at it because people show up anyway. We see the same faces every week coming in from the neighborhood. It is nice when someone tells us the spice level was just right for them. We do not do anything too complicated or try to be like those big chain restaurants you see in the malls. It is just us here every day chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are ready before the dinner rush starts.
