Our place is on Gopalapatnam Road, specifically at 5-963-5. It’s a long road and we are tucked away just enough that you might miss us if you’re driving too fast. We focus on CLC bricks here. It’s a bit of a specialized thing compared to the old red bricks. We have the molds and the foaming setup right in the main yard. It takes some time for them to cure properly, so we always have rows of them sitting out. I handle most of the paperwork on a small desk in the corner of the workshop. It’s not a clean job, but someone has to do it. The guys are usually out back moving the cured blocks onto the trucks. We deal with a lot of local contractors who want something lighter for their projects. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we take our breaks then. We don't use any big marketing tricks. Word of mouth usually brings people to our gate. We’ve had some equipment breakdowns that slowed us down last month, but we got the parts and everything is humming again. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the orders. We don't overcomplicate things. If you need blocks, we tell you when they’ll be ready and that’s it. We just stay busy.
