Service Engineer

We are located over in Sairam Colony, specifically at 10-59/1 in the Madhurwada area of Visakhapatnam. Most locals just call it Kommadhijn junction. It’s a decent area to work from. Being a Service Engineer here means we deal with a lot of different requests every day. The 530041 zip code keeps us fairly busy since there are quite a few houses and small businesses nearby. We don’t have a flashy office with leather chairs. It’s more of a practical space where we keep our gear and parts. The traffic near the junction can be a bit much during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood once you get off the main road. We keep our hours regular, though sometimes things take longer than expected and we stay late. It’s just how the work goes. People in the colony know us by name, which is nice. We don't use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We’re just local folks doing engineering work. We've got a couple of old desks and some shelving units we put up ourselves. It's not pretty, but it holds all the components and manuals we need. The shop is usually a bit dusty because we're always fixing things. We find that being honest about what can be fixed and what can't is the best way to run a shop here in Vizag.
