Looking for M N Dastur & Co on Saibaba Street is pretty easy if you know the Dabagardens neighborhood well. Our address is 31-31-6, and we are right in the thick of things in Visakhapatnam. Being in Andhrapradesh, we deal with the coastal weather every single day. The office is situated in a part of the city that is always moving. If you walk down the street, you’ll see plenty of other shops and small businesses tucked away. We’ve been at this specific spot for a long time. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us have our own little routines. One person always brings snacks, and another is always complaining about the traffic on the way in. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We don't have a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and then head home to our families. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines act up because of the rain, but we just deal with it. It’s just how things are in this part of the city. We’ve grown used to the noise from the street and the constant hum of the fans. It’s home for us.
